How ECCONY handles submitted information.

This policy covers information submitted through ECCONY directory, event, sponsor, workshop, media, newsletter, and contact forms.

Data collected

ECCONY may collect names, emails, phone numbers, business information, sponsor information, event interests, workshop proposals, newsletter preferences, submitted media, logos, photos, and related messages.

Use of data

Submitted information is used to manage directory listings, event participation, sponsorship inquiries, newsletters, workshops, community communication, media review, and administrative follow-up.

No sale of data

ECCONY does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the platform, process communications, host files, or manage event and sponsor workflows.

Storage and third-party services

ECCONY uses Supabase for database and secure file storage, including public business assets when approved. The platform may also use third-party services such as Netlify, Stripe payment links, YouTube embeds, and future email campaign tools.
