Independent profiles

ECCONY is a directory and media platform, not the agent, employer, broker, guarantor, registered agent, or transaction party for listed businesses.

Accuracy and verification

Businesses must submit accurate, current, supportable information and promptly request corrections.

Prohibited listings and conduct

• Fraud, scams, deceptive claims, impersonation, or misleading credentials and licenses
• Unlawful goods, services, or conduct; dangerous or exploitative activity
• Harassment, discrimination, threats, hate, or abuse
• Intellectual-property infringement or materials submitted without authority
• Spam, malware, unauthorized scraping, review manipulation, or platform interference

Moderation

ECCONY may investigate, reject, edit, request correction, suspend, unpublish, or remove a listing.

Reporting and review

Reports are routed to admin review. One report does not automatically remove a profile.
