One permitted transfer

You may request one transfer to another available date at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. The deadline shown here is loaded from ECCONY’s central policy configuration. Transfers are subject to availability, apply to the same participant, and have no cash value.

Voluntary cancellation, no-shows, and late arrival

• No cash refunds are provided for voluntary cancellation.
• No-shows receive no refund or credit.
• Late entry is not guaranteed and may be refused once instruction begins.
• Refusal of late entry does not create a refund or credit.
