Virtual Mail Service Terms

Onboarding and approval
Before activation, each applicant must complete onboarding, identity verification, all required postal forms, provide current identification, identify approved business and recipient names, demonstrate authorized mailbox use, comply with addressing requirements, and accept these terms.
Nature and limits of the service
This is a business mailing service.
Mail receipt, pickup, and forwarding
Mail must use the approved address format and authorized recipient name.
Additional charges and unclaimed mail
Postage, oversized items, storage, special handling, returns, and forwarding may create separate charges.
Prohibited items and use
ECCONY may reject prohibited, dangerous, unlawful, suspicious, perishable, leaking, improperly addressed, or operationally unsuitable items.
Suspension and termination
Service may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, invalid or expired identification, illegal activity, misuse, unsafe items, unauthorized names, false information, operational risk, or postal noncompliance.
